Hair must be at least ¼ inch long for successful waxing.

Please discontinue use of retinols, Retin-A, glycolic acid, and salicylic acid 7 days prior to your appointment.

Exfoliate 24 hours before your appointment.

Avoid sun exposure 24 hours before and after your appointment.

Avoid exercise for 24 hours after your appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service or services.

What happens if I miss my appointment?

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service or services.

Will I receive an appointment reminder?

Yes. Appointment reminders are sent by both text message and email approximately 48 hours before your scheduled service. Please make sure your contact information is up to date and review your reminders carefully.

Do I agree to the policy when I book?

Yes. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation policy. Thank you for understanding and respecting the time reserved for your service.
